“It was a no brainer to go with Chalkboards & Co. The first time I saw Vicki’s work was at the Wedding Fair. It was like they saved the best booth for last! They were tucked away in the back corner, and just when I thought I had seen it all, I stumbled onto Chalkboards & Co and what a breath of fresh air! Wedding Fairs can be so repetitive, and overwhelming, but Chalkboards & Co was something unique to me and the only thing I came away from that day knowing for SURE I wanted to make happen for our wedding.

Vicki and I started communicating immediately, and she was so responsive and no request was too big or too small. I was probably bit difficult to work with as I didn’t quite have a vision yet, but sure enough Vicki kept sending me proofs and drafts of things to give me an idea. As I progressed further with my planning, I let Vicki know and it was like she was in my head. She produced the most beautiful chalkboards that were made for our wedding and the look and feel we were going for. It was such a fun way to display our seating chart, and she even suggested adding a flower garland around the board as a frame which brought it all so nicely together.

We had a few quote boards around the room as well, one which was my favorite ‘You be my shot of whisky, I’ll be your glass of wine’ which sat perfectly on the bar. The best thing about this all, is that we can keep them all and put them up in our house to remember always! Our shot of whisky quote is currently hanging above our bar at home and always a nice reminder of the day of.

Vicki was terrific to work with, and had huge amount of patience, and was such a pleasure to work with. No regrets and well worth every penny spent I highly recommend using Chalkboards & Co in some way or another for your special day. Thank you Vicki!!!!
